Most recently she earned the Wine Scholar Guild’s French Wine Scholar (FWS) certification with highest honors. Erin Gore is founder and CEO of Garden Society, a California-based, cannabis-focused benefit corporation serving women in search of new, more holistic ways to rejuvenate from the rigors of their daily lives.

With a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Erin is also fluent in the science-based talk of cannabis and production.
Kevin Darabi is the Creative Director of Herbacée. With over 15 years of graphic design and branding experience, he has proven success driving award-winning creative campaigns through direct and indirect digital content marketing. As a leader in the industry, Kevin has branded several well-known lifestyle and cannabis product brands.
He began his career as a graphic artist and developed a wide variety of design skills working for companies such as Tilly’s Corp., Hot Wheels, Quiznos, Quiksilver, and T-mobile. Alongside his passion for design, Kevin is an avid surfer and enjoys practicing yoga or hanging out with his two dogs, Cleo and Beans.
Evan Eneman is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor specializing in the cannabis and hemp industries. He is the founder of Sands Lane Holdings, which includes an ecosystem of companies focused on the cannabis and hemp industries, including Sands Lane Ventures (brand incubator), Fiorello Agency (brand strategy and creative agency) and Sands Lane Capital (purpose-driven venture investment platform).

With an keen eye for design, Tracee’s background is in Digital Communications and Multimedia. Ryan Robles is the co-founder and CEO of Hotline Agency, a boutique creative firm based in Los Angeles, focused on publicity, events, creative campaigns, social media, and influencer marketing. With a long history of working in both cannabis and wine/spirits PR, Ryan leads all media relations and press outreach for Herbacée.
Cynthia Salarizadeh has a strong background in managing fundraising, branding and public relations for start-ups within the cannabis industry. She is the founder and president of House of Saka, founder of the entrepreneur tech platform AxisWire, cofounder of the cannabis financial news site, Green Market Report, as well as the women’s organization Industry Power Women (IPW). In addition, she sits on the Forbes Communication Council and writes for Entrepreneur Media.
Stephanie Honig is the director of sales and communications for Honig Vineyard & Winery and the founding president and a board member of the Napa Valley Cannabis Association. She serves on the marketing and international ambassadors committees of the Napa Valley Vintners association and is a member of the international program committee of the Wine Institute of California.
Rob Mondavi Jr. is a fourth generation Napa Valley winemaker. With over three decades of wine industry experience, Rob has worked in nearly every facet of the wine business. In addition to winemaking, he also enjoys mentoring wine aficionados and vintners. In this spirit, he consults with select clients to develop their wine brands. His own wine label, Rutledge & Vine, was named “Top 100 Wines” in 2020 by James Suckling. Rob also cofounded Folio Fine Wine Partners and the Michael Mondavi Family Estate where he continues to lead winemaking and viticulture for the Mondavi family.
Tracey Mason is the co-founder & CEO of House of Saka. As a seasoned sales and marketing executive, she has successfully created, marketed and sold innovative products in the CPG and adult beverage sectors for over 25 years. Her prior experience includes serving as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at CannaCraft, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Terravant Wine Company, SVP of Marketing and Innovation at Purple Wine and Spirits, VP of Global Innovation at Treasury Wine Estates, among many other leadership roles.
